About the Panel

Mark Lilly helps leaders and teams in high-mix manufacturing shops strengthen their relationship with customers by making On Time Delivery the norm. He loves seeing clients get a handle on predictable production and shorten their lead times while increasing OTD to 90-100%. His top goal is to help his clients have stress-free time so they can do more of what they enjoy most. His approach to traditional scheduling has been a game changer where scheduling hadn't changed much in the past 50 years and manufacturers are still struggling to solve the late problem. To answer common issues, the Lilly family (known for Lean Manufacturing and ERP software solutions) set out to create a new way to approach decision-making for production. The result is an evolution beyond scheduling and into flow, known as Protected Flow Manufacturing.
