Executive Sales and Operations Planning
Sales and Operations Planning continues to grow in power and capability. While financial integration and the balancing of demand with supply remain as its vital elements, Executive S&OP enables all of that and far more. Strategic planning, risk management, and long-term cash flow forecasting in support of capital investment decisions, are all integrated with Executive S&OP. Attendees at this session will gain an understanding of how this process has become simpler and better. A low-cost, low-risk, high-impact and quick-result implementation pathway will also be described.
Attendees will learn:
- The proven, five-step process for Executive S&OP
- How to utilize the concept of market-facing families to improve plan accuracy
- The importance of communicating demand and supply information in terms of volume vs. mix
- A perspective on conflict resolution
- Key factors for a successful Executive S&OP implementation
